i had to reinstall my computer when windows update messed it badly. now jigsaw mania doesn't recognize that i am pro. it won't let me change settings and it doesn't remember anything from before. how do i get it to see that my account is pro?
Where is it installed through? The Microsoft Store, or Steam?

Can you double-check that installed "Jigsaw Puzzles+" from the store, and not "Jigsaw Puzzles Free"?

i know where i downloaded it from - the store. however, i downloaded the free because i expected it to upgrade. i bought my sub back in 2014 before it was ever in the store. and now what i need is a way to download the regular one that is pro. you no longer have a link for those of us who bought it way back then.
and no, i don't see any reason to buy it again in the store when i bought it from you. why should i have to pay twice for something?
I am logged in. My account says online. But when I open the puzzle to play it, first it shows a picture, then it just shows a red question mark on a white background. what is going on? it worked last night just fine.
