WallpaperFusion Updates and new Features

We've had such a great response to the DisplayFusion promotion that we can barely keep up with all the images. We're processing them as fast as we can, but in order to make sure everyone has a fair chance to submit enough approved images, we're extending the end of the promotion until October 18th!

Thanks to all our submitters, we also reached a milestone this week. After less than two months we now have over 2000 images available on WallpaperFusion! We have even more images being submitted and approved daily, so keep checking in to see what's new. You can also keep tabs on new images by following us on Twitter or visiting our Facebook page to see a featured image every day.

We have also updated the image download interface! You can now see a thumbnail preview of how the image will look spanned or split across multiple monitors before you download it. After picking the image you want, just click the thumbnail to download the full size image - it doesn't get any easier than that!

We hope that this update makes downloading the right image for your setup faster and easier! As always, we welcome any and all feedback through our contact page. Have an idea, suggestion or issue? Let us know!

I actually have one widescreen and one normal monitor next to each other. Hence the resolution I need is actually 3200x1200. Unfortunately you only seem to detect one monitor. I know that I have a strange setup (most people have the same monitors if they have multiples) but it would be cool if we could set the H and V resolution seperately somewhere or something ...

Cheers for the info Jon - I understand it's probably quite complex to implement. In the meantime I've been selecting left and right from each of their respective resolutions, which actually seems to be working quite well for most pictures.

Reputation points are a measure of how involved you are in the WallpaperFusion commmunity. The more you use the site, the higher your reputation will grow!

You gain reputation points for submitting or creating images:

20	Single-monitor image
40	Dual-monitor image
70	Triple-monitor image
110	Quad-monitor image

You also gain reputation points when your images are rated, or when you rate someone else's image:

1	Receive 1-star Rating
1	Receive 2-star Rating
2	Receive 3-star Rating
3	Receive 4-star Rating
5	Receive 5-star Rating
1	Rate someone else's image*
	*Limited to 25 points per day.

As well, you gain reputation points when [others use your images]:

10	Someone else marks your image as a favourite
0.1	Someone else downloads your image (calculated daily)

Lastly, you gain reputation points for comment activity:

2	Receive a comment on your image
2	Comment on someone else's image*
	*Limited to 50 points per day.
